These terms govern your use of Nocturna. By using the product, you agree to them.
1. Using the service
You may use Nocturna to collect and analyze usage data for your own products, subject to these terms and any plan limits associated with your subscription (such as monthly event volume).
2. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Refund terms are described in our billing FAQ.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Nocturna to collect data unlawfully, to track individuals without an appropriate legal basis, or to attempt to circumvent plan limits or security measures.
5. Data ownership
You retain ownership of the data you collect through Nocturna. We do not claim ownership over your usage data and will not use it for purposes other than providing the service to you.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep Nocturna available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, except where required by law.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Nocturna after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
